Very knowledgeable about the the codes, the processes in Maine, the best local people for title closing, water testing, septic testing, house survey in the area. Everyone she recommended was super. The house I bought recently is a fixer-upper, which I wanted, and I love it. I mention this because Madeleine was not destined to make much from it. Still she worked very hard on it.
