Madeleine Hill was my buyer's agent for a post and beam house in Dresden. I cannot imagine a better agent. Very knowledgeable about the the codes, the processes in Maine, the best local people for title closing, water testing, septic testing, house survey in the area. Everyone she recommended was super.
