Our experience with Ryan was amazing. Once my husband and I determined where in Maine we wanted to begin our search to find a family beach house, we started looking for a realtor. By fate, we were blessed to meet with Ryan. As I sent lists of houses to look at, Ryan was always quick to respond. Over several months we looked at many houses, in several different areas...nothing felt quite right, but it never deterred Ryan...she continued to be there for the next group of houses. On one of our trips to look at several houses, Ryan suggested we look at a place on Bailey Island. The property needed a lot of work, but when we were on the island we fell in love with it! After putting in an offer and then going through the disappointment of the deal falling through we didn’t know what to do next. Ryan continued to encourage us....even though nothing was for sale on the island. We began looking at other properties in other areas....we did this for months....but we didn’t feel the way we did when we were on Bailey Island. One day a house came up that was exactly what we were looking for! At this time we were in the middle of the COVID crisis, but that didn’t stop Ryan. She set up a virtual showing and we moved quickly from there. With all the roadblocks along the way and trying to work through the crisis, Ryan knew when to push and when to hold tight. She worked with our lender, the property owners and us to make this deal happen. It wasn’t easy for sure, but she was amazing! She stayed on top of everything, and always responded no matter the time or day. We are grateful to have dealt with Ryan she is a true professional.

I can't say enough about Madeleine! She was tenacious in negotiating a short sale investment property purchase for us, wading through all the bank bureaucracy (and a zoning conflict or two) like a total pro. And what really knocked my socks off was the knowledge that the final closing price could not have generated a very big commission for her, yet she always treated me like the most important client of her day - I think she has a way of making everybody feel that way!
