My experience with Roxanne has always been totally professional. That includes finding buyers by contacting past clients, talking to folks as she meets them wherever she goes. The best advice I can give any seller of a property would be... listen to Roxanne when she tells you what the house will sell for (and that may not be the price you feel it's worth) and give her the ability to stage the house properly. She'll find you a buyer. It only took her a month to find my buyer with some of that credit going to me for listening to her when she told me what the price needed to be to sell the house. It was less than I hoped, but the house sold and saved me all those extra mortgage payments and tax payments and insurance payments, electric bills, etc. She'll Get it Done. And you'll have a great time with her during the process.

I'm still wondering where you found the energy and patience to show us so many properties--until we found one that we really liked and that fitted our budget.
