We recently purchased a home on Orr's Island and Roxanne helped us with the entire process. From the very beginning, we knew dealing with Roxanne would be extra-special! We fell in love with a property and Roxanne guided us through the whole process, always ready at a moment's notice to unlock doors, move furniture, help with experts for inspection, water treatment, town permits, etc. At one point (after the closing!!!) we were standing with Roxanne in the house, and she picked up a paper towel and started washing the windows. I said: 'Roxannne, you have already sold the house!' and she said, 'Well, the windows need cleaning.' So I can officially say that besides being the best realtor in Harpswell, Roxanne does do windows, too! Roxanne has been especially helpful even after the sale by recommending other local experts to help us with many improvements, introducing us to neighbors and much more. When we said we wanted to rent the house for a couple of years, she had three possible renter leads for us the next day. I remind you that Roxanne has already sold us the house and still she is just as helpful as can be- I have come to the conclusion that that's just who she is! We obviously recommend Roxanne highly!
